Subsidiaries of Sber and Rosatom Have Proposed a Joint Solution for Information Protection
Two major Russian IT developers — subsidiaries of Sber and Rosatom — have successfully tested the compatibility of their cybersecurity solutions, showing that their combined technologies can reinforce protection of sensitive data under high‑load and critical‑infrastructure conditions.

Integrated Security, Built in Russia
AT Consulting (part of Rosatom) and SberTech confirmed full compatibility between AT Consulting’s ‘CUP 2.0 Secret Management Module,’ the Pangolin DB database management system, and the SberLinux OS Server within SberTech’s Platform V ecosystem.

The CUP 2.0 module generates, rotates, and destroys keys for confidential data stored in Pangolin DB.
Testing was conducted on specialized hardware running SberLinux OS Server. Together, these solutions provide strong foundations for secure data storage and processing, ensuring fault tolerance, high availability, and scalability.
Certified and Mission‑Ready

Both companies’ products are listed in Russia’s National Software Registry and certified by FSTEC at the 4th trust level — meaning they meet regulatory requirements for use in high‑load and mission‑critical environments.
SberTech, one of Russia’s largest IT developers, has spent 14 years building enterprise‑grade infrastructure solutions that underpin Sber’s digital transformation. AT Consulting, founded in 2001 and part of Rosatom, delivers complex digitalization projects using proprietary and domestic software.
Its clients include banks, industrial enterprises, energy companies, telecom operators, and government institutions.
