55,000 Moscow Families Used Digital Services to Move Homes

Moscow is turning relocation into a tech-enabled process. Tens of thousands of families have already used a free digital service to manage their move under the city’s massive housing renovation program.
More than 55,000 families in Moscow have received free relocation support thanks to a digital service available on the city portal mos.ru, according to Deputy Mayor for Urban Development Vladimir Efimov.
The city provides movers and transport to help residents relocate. Requests can be submitted online or through information centers set up in new housing complexes. A unified scheduling system was built to eliminate queues.
The service also offers detailed moving instructions, links to relevant services, and personalized tips. It is part of Moscow’s broader effort to integrate advanced digital technologies into urban housing and utilities.
