A Specialized Chatbot Will Help People Navigate the Wide Variety of Careers Based on Their Interests

A Moscow career forum is introducing VR guidance and neurotechnology tools designed to help residents explore professions, assess their strengths, and build personalized pathways for upward mobility

VR Career Guidance and AI-Driven Navigation

The Lomonosov Cluster in Moscow will host the “City. Career. Business” forum-exhibition on November 29–30, according to the city’s official portal.

“Participants will be able to try out different professions using VR technologies, receive feedback from leading employers, and build a personalized career roadmap,” said Ekaterina Dragunova, Chair of the Moscow Committee for Public Relations and Youth Policy.

All vacancies and internships will be grouped into three tracks: “Career” (employment in private companies), “City” (positions in the Moscow Government), and “Business” (startups and entrepreneurship). A dedicated chatbot will analyze user interests and recommend program sessions and opportunities to explore.

Master Classes, Neurotechnology, and Innovation

The event program includes lectures, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops such as “Generative Design for Personal Branding,” “A Telegram Bot in One Hour: Python Essentials,” and “Prompt-Master: The Art of Communicating With AI.”

Participants will also have their skills and competencies assessed using neurotechnologies. After a detailed analysis of brain activity, a career specialist will prepare a comprehensive report with personalized recommendations.

The forum will feature the “Academy of Innovators” technological entrepreneurship program, where attendees can receive consultations on launching their own projects. Program residents will present notable developments, including the “Around Universities” tour aggregator, the “OP IoT” platform for learning IoT development, and the PonyBot desktop 3D printer with FDM technology.

Toward a More Innovative Career Ecosystem

The event highlights a growing nationwide trend: integrating immersive technologies, AI, and neuroanalytics into career planning and professional development. These tools offer citizens clearer pathways toward employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term career growth, while supporting the development of Russia’s innovation-driven economy.
