A Telegram Bot From Russia Wants to Be Your AI Financial Advisor

Students in Siberia have built a machine learning – powered assistant that delivers portfolio analysis, risk metrics, and market sentiment straight into Telegram.
A group of students at Novosibirsk State Technical University has developed a new AI-driven platform for financial analysis, packaged not as a trading terminal or a complex dashboard but as a Telegram bot.
The system is designed to spare traders the grind of monitoring dozens of exchanges and news feeds. Instead, it consolidates risk metrics, forecasts, and semantic analysis of financial news into a single stream. The team describes it as a personal financial assistant that saves time and reduces the risk of errors when making trades.
Under the hood, the bot can analyze investment portfolios, suggest optimizations, evaluate on-chain data and behavioral factors, and process technical indicators. For now, the project is in beta: the bot already tracks prices, sends alerts, runs risk analysis, and generates forecasts.
The roadmap includes a stronger semantic module and tools for direct portfolio management. An official launch is slated for the first quarter of 2026, when the bot will transition into a Telegram mini app.
The creators believe their AI assistant could help investors craft smarter, data-driven strategies. Beginners, in particular, may gain faster insights into market conditions without relying on guesswork.
By combining machine learning, automated data analysis, and a streamlined interface, the project aims to make financial markets more transparent, efficient, and — crucially — accessible to a wider audience.
