New platform for creating intelligent agents presented by Sber
Sber has introduced a new platform for building AI agents called GigaChat Biznes (GigaChat Business), the company’s press service said. Enterprises can now deploy personalized AI agents for a wide range of tasks. The agents automate routine operations and help improve productivity and speed of work. Companies can create their own workflows or use ready-made agents designed for different office roles.
The local version of the platform is a hardware-software system intended for large companies, financial institutions and critical infrastructure operators that require the highest level of security. The cloud version, GigaChat Biznes, is designed for companies looking to scale their operations. A hybrid version runs in a private cloud and stores data on company servers.
AI in Production
The platform also manages access control, security policies and content creation.
According to Andrei Belevtsev, senior vice president and head of technological development at Sberbank, AI has become a powerful automation tool that accelerates key production processes.
According to the company, 97 percent of enterprises are already implementing or preparing to implement AI in their production processes.
