According to the company, the main goal of the plant’s modernization is to reduce the cost per square meter of housing in the republic through industrialized construction methods.
Remote Management
Earlier it was reported that Yakutia is developing a digital twin of its Arctic district. The system will model various scenarios, conduct comprehensive analysis, reduce costs in housing and utilities as well as construction, mitigate environmental risks, and enable remote process management.
The virtual model will include data on all buildings, utility networks, and facilities, including temperature indicators, water quality test results, permafrost parameters, and other metrics.
