AI to help Russians write job resumes
An artificial intelligence service designed to help people write effective resumes is set to be introduced by the employment service of Russia’s Krasnoyarsk region in 2026, officials said.

According to the regional employment agency, the AI-based tool will assist job seekers in preparing resumes that better match employer expectations.
The system has already been tested in one city, with more than 200 people taking part. Almost 90% of participants eventually found jobs, compared with around 70% in 2024.
Boosting employment prospects
The AI helps applicants clearly and quickly describe their skills and work experience, and tailor resumes to specific vacancies. HR specialists, in turn, increasingly rely on neural networks for the initial screening of resumes.
According to Elena Androsova, head of the employment centre in the closed city of Zheleznogorsk, neural networks are being used alongside traditional methods to create resumes, speeding up the process and improving quality. The experience is now set to be rolled out across the entire region.
