Attractions in Samara Region Set to Be Inspected by Drones
Samara Region is moving amusement ride oversight into a digital format, allowing inspectors to conduct checks with drones while operators gain access to free consultations via a mobile app.
The regional government has adopted Resolution No. 254, aligning oversight practices with the federal law on state control. The document takes effect on the date of its official publication.
One of the key changes is the elimination of paperwork. Decisions on inspections, warnings, and compliance orders will now be entered into a unified registry of oversight activities without separate documents. Businesses will be able to communicate with regulators both on paper and electronically, via the public services portal or using a qualified electronic signature.
For on-site assessments, authorities are now allowed to use unmanned aerial vehicles, and inspections may be conducted remotely. Consultations for amusement ride operators will become free of charge—available by phone, video call, or through the Inspektor (Inspector app).
