Banki.ru Map Now Shows PSB ATMs That Dispense U.S. Dollars
Financial marketplace Banki.ru has added ATMs where users can exchange cash currency to its exchange-rate map. PSB is the first partner.
Previously, the service showed only currency exchange offices, leaving users to find ATMs on their own. According to Banki.ru, 12% of users prefer to exchange currency at ATMs, while a convenient location is the second-most important factor in choosing where to exchange money, after a favorable rate.
The map shows the locations of PSB ATMs offering U.S. dollar exchange and the current exchange rate. Currency is dispensed at the bank’s rate at the time of the transaction, while rubles can either be deposited into an account or debited from a card account. The service is available to holders of PSB ruble-denominated cards under the Orange Premium Club and Orange Premium Club+ packages, as well as Tvoy keshbek (Your Cashback) debit cards in Moscow, the Moscow Region and Irkutsk. The service is expected to become available in other Russian cities in 2027.
The new feature advances the “everything you need in one place” concept: users can compare exchange rates and immediately choose an ATM within the same interface, without switching between services.
