Beeline and X5 Join Forces Against Cyber Fraud
Beeline and X5 Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement in information technology during SPIEF, with combating cyber fraud in online and offline retail identified as the partnership's primary focus.
The agreement was signed by Beeline President Alexander Pankov and X5 Director of Government Relations Boris Ogarkov. The companies agreed to exchange expertise, conduct joint consultations, and develop roadmaps for deploying advanced IT technologies.
"By bringing together our telecommunications expertise and our partner's deep knowledge of the retail market, we can build effective safeguards against criminals operating both in digital channels and in physical retail environments," Pankov said.
For his part, Boris Ogarkov said that information security is becoming a foundation of customer trust in the digital era.
"By combining technological capabilities with industry expertise, we are raising the level of customer data protection. Security is becoming a competitive advantage that customers experience in every interaction," he said.
