Bot in the Max Messenger to Remind Russians About Utility Payments
The chatbot’s functionality is being regularly expanded and updated based on user needs.

A chatbot in the national messenger Max will help Russians avoid missing payments for housing and utility services, the press service of the Russian Ministry of Construction said.
Earlier, Construction Minister Irek Faizullin announced that state housing oversight bodies plan to create a building-level chat in the Max messenger by the end of this year. The chat will be administered by the property management company. If the management company changes, administration of the chat will be transferred to the new operator. Chat participants and the message history will be preserved.
Functionality to Be Expanded
According to the head of the ministry, the Gosuslugi.Dom bot integrated into the chat will remind residents of deadlines for submitting meter readings and making payments.
