File Sharing in Russia Is About to Become More Secure
A new Russian enterprise‑grade file‑management platform promises unlimited storage, secure collaboration, and compliance with high‑security standards—advancing the country’s push for technological independence.

A Secure File‑Sharing Ecosystem for Modern Organizations
Russia has launched commercial sales of Valo Cloud, a domestically developed platform designed for file storage, synchronization, backup, and collaboration with elevated security requirements.
Valo Cloud provides organizations with a fully protected environment: LDAP authorization, Web SSO, two‑factor authentication, and no limits on storage volume, number of users, or file size. This makes the platform especially suitable for distributed infrastructures and industries with high security standards—from financial institutions to educational organizations.
The product is included in the national registry of Russian software and is already available through the OCS Distribution partner network.
Expanding Access to Domestic Cloud Technologies
According to her, Valo Cloud makes domestic cloud technologies genuinely accessible to a wide range of organizations.
The platform helps Russian companies and government institutions transition more confidently to domestic software. And its rollout through an extensive partner network increases the availability of high‑quality software across the country.
