KORUS Consulting Moves Thousands of Employees to K-Team HR Platform in Three Months

One of the largest and oldest construction companies in Russia, Etalon Group, has integrated the K-Team HRM platform, built on Bitrix24, into its workflows. Built with KORUS Consulting, the HR system created a single digital environment now used by more than 3,500 employees. Through it, staff can follow company updates, access the latest information, and see the achievements of their colleagues.

Rolling out the K-Team HR system marked the first stage of HR digital transformation at the company. Etalon Group develops residential projects ranging from standard housing to premium properties across multiple Russian cities and builds entire neighborhoods with supporting infrastructure. With more than 6,000 employees, the company clearly needed a unified HR system. Even so, the company completed deployment of the K-Team platform in just three months.

To Know Employer Anew

According to Etalon Group, the goal was not simply to launch a new portal but to build a unified digital environment where employees interact with the company at every stage, from onboarding to performance evaluation. The new system is already improving transparency and employee engagement.

The next step is to build a full performance and learning management system on top of the platform, setting consistent standards and improving how the company works with its workforce. Previously, the corporate portal functioned mostly as a reference tool. Now it operates as a dynamic digital space where employees can track company activity and connect with colleagues. In 2026, the company plans to launch modules for goal management and KPIs, which are critical at scale, along with learning tools, vacation scheduling, and an internal employee marketplace.

Finding What You Need Faster

How does it work? The developers of the K-Team HRM platform say a unified corporate communication environment speeds up information search by a factor of 14, increases employee information reach by 65 percent, and reduces HR workload by 30 percent. In practice, all people-related processes are consolidated into one system – company news, tasks, HR services, and analytics appear in a single interface. The developers tailored the solution to the client’s needs early on, surveying employees before the project began, refining requirements, and preparing a technical specification to adapt the K-Team platform to the company’s business processes.

The portal follows the company’s corporate design and offers intuitive navigation, making it easy to find any information. All valuable data was preserved at the same time. Using a content registry, the project team migrated existing materials to the new platform, strengthened the knowledge base module, and improved search. The team also integrated the platform with 1C and Active Directory, while new “Projects” and “Sales” widgets display real-time updates directly on the homepage. Employees frequently use the “Organizational Structure” section to find colleagues across departments, congratulate coworkers, and recognize top performers. The news feed publishes rankings, corporate updates, and key announcements.

Bringing Tools Together for Workforce Growth

Etalon Group’s rollout of a Bitrix24-based solution from a Russian developer highlights a broader shift: large companies in the real sector are moving HR systems onto domestic platforms. This reflects sustained demand for Russian HR tech solutions that can automate workforce management.

Employees at large organizations get simple, unified access to HR services, training, internal communications, and career tools – all within a single platform. Over time, systems like this are expected to improve workforce management quality across industries, which is increasingly important as companies face talent shortages and retention challenges. Demand for such solutions is likely to drive further development of corporate software by Russian IT vendors, reduce reliance on foreign platforms, and strengthen import substitution.

The Etalon Group project is a clear example of how moving away from lengthy technical specifications toward launching with an MVP delivers fast, measurable results. We did not simply replicate existing functionality on a new platform – we created a space that employees actually want to use. That is the key outcome: when people engage with the system and bring forward ideas for what else can be automated
