Leading Exotic Fruit Distributor Transitions to Russian Platform

Company Replaces Anaplan with Domestic Solution in Four Months Without Losing Functionality

Greenfields‑Logistics, Russia’s foremost distributor of exotic fruits, berries and vegetables, has completed its migration from the foreign planning system Anaplan to the domestic platform Optimacros. Implementation was carried out by OptiTeam Consulting, which preserved all critical business processes while accelerating system performance.
The project kicked off in May 2024 and by September the new platform was fully operational—well ahead of schedule. The primary objective was more than a simple software swap; it was to ensure uninterrupted planning and forecasting workflows. Particular attention was paid to migrating the DataHub master‑data management system, which refreshes every 15–30 minutes and is vital for both logistics and procurement.
“As Optimacros fully meets our requirements and the transition went smoothly,” said Danil Bikbaev, the project architect on behalf of Greenfields‑Logistics. “This demonstrates that high‑quality IT solutions for business are available right here in Russia.”
Optimacros now unifies every stage of planning—from sales forecasting through to financial planning—enhancing alignment across departments. Greenfields‑Logistics continues to evolve the system, tailoring it to meet emerging business challenges.
This successful migration illustrates that Russian IT platforms can not only replace their foreign counterparts but also enhance overall business processes.
