MTS Exolve Equips Housing Utilities Consultants With Communications Infrastructure
The system is expected to streamline how utility service providers handle citizen requests across Russia.
MTS Exolve, a developer of digital solutions for businesses, has provided its communications technology to Nash dom PRO, a company that advises on housing and utilities management across Russia.
Under the agreement, the telecom operator’s subsidiary deployed a full telephony infrastructure for its partner. It includes 8-800 toll-free numbers, local and mobile lines, as well as a virtual PBX to run a hotline that will process citizen requests directed to utility services.
According to the developers, integrating the new digital infrastructure will help better organize incoming requests from residents and enable more effective communication with users across all regions of Russia.
