The company has been working on B2B-Center for 17 years. This year it has conducted more than 380 procurement procedures, including on the upgraded Tenders 2.0 platform. Procurement for key projects, including Rooppur in Bangladesh and MBIR in Dimitrovgrad, is handled by 57 employees from 10 divisions.

Over the period, the supplier base has grown by 50%, with more than 670 companies participating in procedures. The time needed to find counterparties has been halved, and document flow has been simplified.

"Our platform makes it possible to bring all procurement work into a single digital environment and also provides access to a large base of vetted suppliers. For large customers, this is a path to more manageable and predictable procurement, and for the market, it means clear and open procedures," noted Olga Gromkova, CEO of B2B-Center.

Next year, the institute plans to increase procurement volume on the platform and expand the number of categories by 15%.
