Residents of the Moscow Region Can Get Online Advice on Property Issues
The Bureau of Technical Inventory has launched its own chatbot.

A new digital service for residents has gone live in the Moscow Region. The Bureau of Technical Inventory, which handles real estate matters, has launched a chatbot, according to the press service of the regional government.
Residents can now receive prompt consultations quickly and conveniently.
Available Around the Clock
The chatbot answers questions about the Bureau’s work 24/7 and can book appointments without queues or phone calls. Users can get advice on a wide range of topics — from the list of documents required for redevelopment to the preparation of technical plans for properties.
The service simplifies interaction with the agency and saves time. More than 500 people have already used it in the first weeks after launch.
Across Russia, modern digital services make it possible to consult specialists and access services online — for example, booking appointments, receiving a doctor’s response, and even opening and closing sick leave remotely.
