Rosatom Office Ranks Among Top Smart Workspaces
Forbes awarded gold to Rosatom 2.0 for its AI-driven building management and IoT infrastructure.

The Rosatom 2.0 office has received a gold distinction in a special Forbes ranking dedicated to modern corporate spaces. Intelligent building management is powered by a proprietary infrastructure IoT platform.
Digital architecture is overseen by Rosatom Infrastructure Solutions JSC. The platform manages the building’s entire engineering infrastructure in real time, controlling lighting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and a system of smart lockers.
The IT infrastructure allows facility services to respond quickly to potential incidents and optimize building operations. Management is carried out through a unified digital platform that collects and analyzes data from all engineering systems.
Russian-Made Platform
The infrastructure IoT platform is included in Russia’s Unified Register of Domestic Software and complies with Federal Service for Technical and Export Control requirements. It is already used in dozens of projects in housing and utilities services and in comprehensive engineering system management at large facilities.
The system enables the deployment of automated process control systems of varying complexity and the creation of operational control centers for enterprises. It integrates with building digital twins based on BIM, simplifying condition monitoring and planned infrastructure upgrades.
At the company’s central office, Rosatom Infrastructure Solutions has set up a demonstration lab. The site showcases how an automated dispatch management system operates on a real facility.
