RusHydro Holding Unveils IT Solutions for Power Facilities
Participants at the Eastern Economic Forum had an opportunity to see the technologies.

RusHydro Holding presented a range of IT solutions at the Eastern Economic Forum designed to improve the efficiency of power facilities. All of them are the result of the company’s broader digital transformation strategy.
One of the solutions showcased at the forum was a digital production asset management system. It brings together real-time data on tens of thousands of pieces of equipment, allowing operators to assess their technical condition, develop maintenance programs and move toward condition-based maintenance. It is complemented by a predictive analytics system that uses digital models to forecast potential defects and help prevent equipment failures.
RusHydro also presented solutions for monitoring hydraulic structures and power transmission lines. Unmanned aerial vehicles are used to inspect facilities, conducting detailed surveys of dams, embankments and transmission lines. AI tools then process the aerial survey data, automatically identifying defects and deviations from normal conditions.
