Russia Launches Employer Showcase Platform for High School Students
A new digital space connects students with employers, internships, and career opportunities, aiming to bridge education with the labor market.

At the Eastern Economic Forum, Russia unveiled its first platform designed to unite employers, students, parents, and educators within a secure digital environment.
High school students can now explore the labor market, map out career paths, and even receive internship or job invitations.
The showcase is hosted on the “Ticket to the Future” portal. Currently operating in closed mode, it provides access to digital employer profiles, internship opportunities, and event registration. In the future, the system will allow companies to receive feedback from students, find partners, and fine-tune HR strategies based on audience engagement.
Career guidance is a major priority in Russia. One initiative focuses on introducing students to IT careers through interactive simulators and video lectures. These tools expose teenagers to real-world challenges faced by tech companies and help them understand the specifics of various digital professions.
