A new integrated Control Center has been launched at the Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Plant, consolidating operational data into a unified digital ecosystem
Russia has introduced an integrated Control Center at the Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Plant, bringing together production and maintenance data into a single digital management environment. The system processes sensor data, automated modules, video analytics, and predictive monitoring in real time, accelerating decision‑making across the facility.
In round‑the‑clock mode, vibration, temperature, pressure, oil‑flow metrics, and other indicators are analyzed to detect early deviations. This enables proactive scheduling of maintenance without impacting output. Dispatchers and maintenance teams work within a unified interface showing current loads, equipment forecasts, and repair priorities.
The new Control Center is connected to Metalloinvest’s corporate hub in Moscow. Data from production sites is collected into a unified circuit, ensuring standardized equipment management and enabling comprehensive analytics at the corporate level. A similar system will be implemented at the Mikhailovsky Mining and Processing Plant in 2026, forming a single chain of digital oversight across all company operations.
