Russia Prepares “Turnkey” AI Services and New Digital Professions
As artificial intelligence enters the mainstream, experts predict a surge in demand for professionals who can tailor technology for business needs.

Russia is set to see the rise of “turnkey” AI integration services for small and medium-sized businesses, along with custom neural network training platforms, according to Oleg Vinzhegin, head of the sales department at Avito Services. In an interview with TASS, he described these developments as part of a broader transformation of the service industry driven by artificial intelligence.
Vinzhegin noted that the fastest-growing niche will be AI-enabled services, with new demand for specialists who can adapt technology to specific business challenges. These include prompt engineers, chatbot developers, and machine learning experts. He also predicts the emergence of entirely new professions — such as digital curators and remote workforce coordinators — designed to manage human–AI collaboration and distributed teams.
Data Protection and Legal Tech on the Rise
The expert also pointed to cybersecurity as one of the most promising areas of growth.
Vinzhegin emphasized that professionals in the service sector should learn to use AI to enhance their work — but also invest in soft skills like communication and adaptability, which will remain essential in a technology-driven economy.
