A Russian company, RT-Techpriyomka, has introduced RT-Secretary, a specialized platform designed to optimize how senior executives and their assistants manage time. Unlike overloaded corporate task trackers and team calendars, RT-Secretary zeroes in on personal administration—scheduling, contacts, and real-time communications.
The platform offers a customizable interface that adapts to each executive’s workflow. It functions as a digital day planner with multiple viewing modes (day, week, month) and one-click approval for meetings. It also integrates a centralized online directory for contacts and personal notes. Crucially, RT-Secretary was built with elevated information security standards, allowing confidential data to be handled inside protected corporate systems.
Developers argue the service is particularly relevant for companies where management workload is heavy and data security is paramount. Future updates are expected to bring integration with electronic document management and analytics systems.
