Russian App 'Radar.NF' to Enhance Railway Security Nationwide

Originally developed for countering drones and sabotage, the Radar.NF app is now being deployed to protect Russia’s railways.

The Russian-made mobile app Radar.NF, once a tool for security forces to detect drones and sabotage groups, is now being deployed to safeguard railway workers from similar threats. Authorities have decided to integrate the app into Titan-Control, a hardware-software system used by all transport security divisions across Russia’s railway network.

The rollout is already underway, with over 3,000 personnel now able to instantly report potential threats by pressing the 'Radar' button in the app. Special emphasis is being placed on national coverage, ensuring transport workers across Russia have access to the technology.

Radar.NF is also available to the general public, with over one million downloads to date. Civilian users have contributed significantly—more than 100 hostile drones have reportedly been neutralized thanks to crowdsourced alerts.
