Russian company SDEK Fulfillment has unveiled an innovative service for entrepreneurs selling on the Wildberries marketplace. The AI auto-reply system reads and responds to customer reviews, eliminating the need for sellers to handle repetitive communication tasks and automating the feedback process.

The service analyzes both the content and emotional tone of each review, generating personalized responses that match the sentiment of the message. Unlike standard templates, the AI considers context and nuances, making interactions with customers feel more authentic.

The service is already available in the SDEK Fulfillment personal account and requires no additional setup. To start using it, sellers simply need to grant access to the 'Questions and Reviews' module in their Wildberries account.
