Russian Messenger MAX Adds Job Notifications Through HRMOST Integration
The collaboration between MAX and HRMOST aims to speed up hiring and simplify communication between candidates and employers.
Users of Russia’s national messenger MAX can now receive job alerts and contact employers directly within the app. The new feature comes from an integration with HRMOST, a recruitment automation platform developed by a team within the Avito Group.
According to Konstantin Kunitsa, director of HRMOST, MAX currently has over 45 million users. Integrating job search capabilities into such a large communication platform, he said, will significantly accelerate the hiring process and make it easier for recruiters and applicants to connect.
Expanding HR Communication Channels
Recruiters on HRMOST can now select MAX as a preferred communication channel when launching chatbots to engage candidates. Applicants, in turn, can use the messenger to respond to job postings, receive interview updates, and chat with HR representatives in real time.
After submitting an application through HRMOST, users are directed to a hub where they can choose their preferred messaging platform — including MAX — to continue the conversation.
The integration marks another step toward building a national digital ecosystem in Russia, where recruitment, communication, and business processes converge within familiar domestic apps.
