Russian Neural Network Will Let Users “Negotiate” With Robots

Russian developers introduce a new neural network system that allows seamless voice interaction with robots, enabling natural speech control even on low‑power hardware

A Universal Voice‑Control Stack

Russian AI company Nanosemantics has introduced a software suite that enables natural voice interaction with robots, regardless of the hardware’s computing power. The system, called DialogOS, provides a voice interface, recognizes speech, and connects to external systems via API. All it needs to operate is a device equipped with a microphone.

Unlike traditional systems that require strictly predefined commands, the new neural network interprets user speech based on meaning and intonation. The updated suite includes the DialogOS platform for building voice and text robots, NLab Speech ASR for high‑accuracy speech recognition, and NLab Speech TTS for speech synthesis. The technology integrates not only with Russian smart systems but also with major large language models from leading developers.

Accelerating Robot Adoption

According to Sabrina Spirina, CEO of Nanosemantics Lab LLC, demand is steadily increasing for solutions that help companies deploy robotic systems faster and at lower cost.

“The new suite makes voice control a standard feature rather than an expensive custom development. This opens the door to large‑scale implementations—from logistics to service robotics—and significantly accelerates our clients’ digital transformation,” Spirina emphasized.
