Russian Student Designs a Cybersecurity Fortress

A multi-layered cybersecurity system developed by a Moscow student promises to guard web apps against a wide range of hacker threats.

Maria Pozdysheva, a student at the Moscow Aviation Institute, has created an innovative defense system against cyber threats. Her layered security framework acts as a digital fortress for web applications. The system has been hailed as a promising advancement in Russia’s fight to harden its cyber defenses, according to the Moscow City News Agency.

The architecture uses a tiered strategy to stop various forms of attacks, including SQL injections and DDoS. Each layer operates as an independent safeguard, meaning that even if one barrier is breached, the next line of defense stands ready.

"It’s a real digital fortress," Pozdysheva explained. "The solution automatically filters malicious traffic, prevents unauthorized access, and ensures uninterrupted service operations."

The system is especially relevant for companies handling sensitive personal data. Built on open technologies, it is adaptable and easy to deploy across different sectors.

Future upgrades will expand its capabilities with new protection tools and enhanced threat-response mechanisms. Deploying such systems strengthens Russia’s stance against cybercrime and helps protect citizens from growing digital threats.
