Russian Students Offered Internships Through T1 Group’s Summer Tech Camp

Russian IT giant T1 is launching a hybrid summer program that gives students a chance to earn internships by solving real-world tech challenges.
Russian IT holding T1 has launched a summer educational bootcamp for university students in digital and technical fields. The program combines online learning with project-based assignments drawn from the company’s real operations. Top-performing participants will be invited to attend an in-person finale in one of three Russian cities, where internship offers will be awarded.
The program targets upper-level undergraduates and graduate students in technical and IT disciplines. It features online intensives in five key areas: frontend development, backend development, software testing, data analytics, and systems administration. In addition to honing their technical skills, students will attend master classes on soft skills and career development.
Later stages of the program will see students working in teams under the guidance of T1 mentors to tackle real challenges faced by the company. The final selection round is scheduled for August.
Organizers expect more than 1,500 students to participate in the camp this year. Registration is open through July 3, 2025. T1’s summer initiative is designed to give aspiring professionals hands-on experience and a potential gateway to careers in one of Russia’s largest tech companies.
