Russia’s Leading Telecom Providers Merge IT Platforms to Speed Up Service Delivery

Beeline and Rostelecom have integrated key systems to streamline the setup of data services for clients and reduce coordination delays.

Russian digital service providers Beeline (VimpelCom) and Rostelecom have completed the first phase of integrating their IT platforms. The integration merges Beeline’s resource rental request aggregator with Rostelecom’s B2O CRM system, enabling faster coordination for launching data transmission services.

This system accelerates operations through automated interactions. The project uses a secure API channel for safe data exchange and will simplify contract processes and improve collaborative workflows. Future upgrades will allow commercial projects to be launched on shorter timelines.

According to Andrey Sioridze, Head of Infrastructure Leasing at VimpelCom, this initiative will enhance the efficiency of joint projects amid rising demand for both mobile and fixed internet services.
