Ryazan Region Brings Government Services Together in a Single Messaging App
Residents of Russia's Ryazan Region can now access government services through a unified Ryazan Region service launched in the MAX messaging app. Developed in partnership with the regional Information Technology Center, the platform brings essential public information and digital services together in one place.
The platform integrates more than 50 digital resources and a mini app organized into four sections: Health, Safety, Services, and Regional Bots. Users can access government and public service center (MFC) services, digital healthcare, education, and sports tools, official chatbots operated by the Ryazan Region branch of EMERCOM, a service for reporting illegal drug advertising, and other regional chatbot services.
Users can also access the official MAX channels of regional ministries and government agencies, where they can find information on socially important topics, including active aging programs, support for families with children, and assistance for expectant parents.
