Smart Ecosystem “Majordom” to Be Deployed in Kaliningrad Residential Complex

Russia’s residential real estate sector continues to adopt digital solutions, with IT company FilosofT and property management firm Novaya Sreda announcing plans to deploy the Majordom ecosystem in the Vdokhnovenie residential complex in Kaliningrad.
The system is designed to support both residents in their daily needs and management teams responsible for operating the property. All services will be accessible through a single interface, enabling them to function as an integrated digital environment.
Residents will be able to submit service requests, access video surveillance, communicate with neighbors via chat, pay bills and more. For property managers, the platform will streamline task allocation and tracking of service request timelines. A dedicated module will also handle the digitalization of apartment handover processes.
According to FilosofT, the rollout of Majordom in the Vdokhnovenie complex reflects a broader market shift from fragmented services toward unified digital ecosystems.
