T1 IT Holding Brings Russian Debt Collection Platform to Vietnam
T1 IT Holding has deployed its Modus.Vzyskanie debt collection platform at the Vietnam-Russia Joint Venture Bank.
Following the launch, the volume of debt collected in the first quarter of 2026 increased by 42% compared with the same period in 2025.
The platform processes data on more than 5,000 customers and 5,000 loans. The project was completed in six months, half the average implementation time for comparable solutions. The time required to collect and process data fell by 70%, while management reporting was prepared 80% faster. The number of reminder calls about missed payments dropped by 70%. This marks the first time T1 Holding has brought its technology to the Asian market.
“For this project, we tailored the platform to the bank’s requirements and developed expertise in adapting the solution for Vietnam. We can now apply this experience to other projects across the group in the region and to other markets,” said Evgeny Kosinenko, deputy CEO for technology development and product engineering at T1 IT Holding.
