Tomsk Students Launch ARCPLAN AI Designer for Apartment Layouts
The new service creates floor plans, arranges furniture, and can even virtually “tidy up” an apartment.

Residents of the Student Business Incubator at Tomsk State University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics are launching ARCPLAN, an AI-powered service that generates visual layouts for apartments and houses. Several real estate agencies are already using the platform. An expanded feature set and full-scale rollout are planned for the second half of 2026, the university’s press service told IT Russia.
Clearing Out Architectural Clutter
ARCPLAN is a web-based AI service that helps users create and edit detailed 2D floor plans for apartments and houses. It can also automatically generate 3D axonometric views with customizable furniture, giving clients a clear visualization of a future interior.
According to Troshkov, the team is currently developing new features tailored to renovation and construction firms.
