Khabarovsk Region Governor Dmitry Demeshin has instructed authorities to develop a unified digital platform for investors. The announcement was made on his official social media channels.

The idea emerged during a meeting with business representatives. According to Demeshin, one of the main challenges for investors is the lack of comprehensive and reliable information about land plots and infrastructure facilities, particularly regarding utility networks.

“Entrepreneurs are forced to spend time gathering data that should be available in one place. That is precisely why we decided to create a unified platform,” the governor said.

Every Investor Has Its Own Digital Path

Earlier, the Khabarovsk Region launched an innovation tool known as Tsifrovoi Put Investora (Digital Investor Path). The AI-powered platform helps reduce the time required to review documentation and issue construction permits for new projects.

The service streamlines communication between businesses, government authorities, and various organizations, accelerating project implementation. The platform is already operating successfully in Kamchatka, as well as in the Leningrad and Volgograd regions.
