Unified Digital Registry of Freight Forwarders to Launch in Russia
The move marks the first phase of the national logistics platform GosLog.

Russia is set to introduce its first digital registry of freight forwarders, the Ministry of Transport said. Officials described the registry as the initial step in launching GosLog, a federal platform designed to bring together all participants in the freight transportation market.
All companies engaged in freight forwarding activities will be required to register in the new database. The list of required documents and eligibility criteria is already available on the platform. Oversight of the sector will be handled by Rostransnadzor. Applications can be submitted through a personal account on Gosuslugi. Within a year, GosLog will also add a registry of road freight carriers operating across Russia.
