Verified Job Listings Added to Russian Corporate Reputation Platform
Job seekers can now assess an employer’s reliability while browsing open positions.

Since 2024, Russia has operated the EKG-reiting (ESG Rating), a digital platform that includes more than 7 million Russian companies and sole proprietors. Each entity is evaluated on three key parameters – ecology, personnel, and government. The first 100 points are assigned by a neural network based on open-source data, while up to 60 additional points can be awarded by an expert commission. The rating is intended to reflect a company’s level of responsibility, which officials say is important for maintaining fair competition and conducting public procurement.
Making an Informed Choice
The electronic rating system now also displays job listings from the HH website. According to Dmitry Markelov, director for government relations and corporate governance at HH, the integration allows job seekers to view current openings and immediately navigate to the application service.
The update is expected to help job seekers make more informed decisions when choosing a new position.
