Yandex Adds AI-Powered Call Summarization to Corporate Messenger

Yandex has launched a new feature in its business messenger that transcribes and summarizes phone conversations using artificial intelligence.

A new AI-driven transcription and summarization feature is now available in Russia’s corporate communication ecosystem. Yandex has integrated the tool into its enterprise messenger and offers now real-time speech-to-text capabilities and automated call summaries.

Designed with business users in mind, the service provides a full transcript and an AI-generated summary of each phone call, which are automatically delivered to participants via email immediately after the conversation ends.

The system eliminates the need for manual note-taking or replaying long recordings to extract key points. Instead, a neural network processes the audio and delivers a clean summary of what was discussed—including key decisions and agreements reached during the call.

According to developers, the result is an intelligent transcript accompanied by an analytical report, streamlining business communication and increasing workplace efficiency.
