Yandex Named Russia’s Most Valuable Internet Company
Forbes valued the tech giant at $24.3 billion, placing it at the top of the country’s online sector.

In 2025, Yandex once again topped Forbes’ ranking of Russia’s most valuable internet companies. The business was valued at $24.3 billion. The ranking included only companies whose revenue is generated online and directly tied to digital services.
Yandex remains the largest technology ecosystem in Russia’s internet market. The company operates search services, cloud infrastructure, advertising technologies, fintech products, and AI-based tools. The rise in its valuation reflects the scale of Yandex’s IT operations and the strong domestic demand for its digital products.

Ozon ranked second, with an estimated value of $13.4 billion. The combined structure of Wildberries and Russ took third place at $12.6 billion.
The top ten also included Avito, Cloud.ru, MTS Web Services, VK, Kaspersky Lab, SKB Kontur, and HeadHunter. In total, the 30 largest internet companies in the ranking were valued at $86.2 billion. According to Forbes’ calculations, that accounts for roughly 95 percent of the entire value of Russia’s internet sector.
Overall, the ranking evaluated 50 Russian IT and internet companies.
