Stels, a resident of the Tomsk Special Economic Zone, has unveiled an updated line of smart home equipment under the Livi brand.

The ecosystem is designed to operate independently and remain fault-tolerant. It continues functioning even if electricity is cut off or internet service is disrupted. The industrial design of the devices was developed in collaboration with Studiya Artemiya Lebedeva (Artemy Lebedev Studio).

Used Beyond Russia

The smart home ecosystem includes a range of sensors covering security, fire detection, water leak monitoring, temperature, and humidity. It also features smart plugs and modules for remote control of lighting, curtains, household appliances, and water shutoff valves. The equipment is already available for purchase.

The platform currently serves around 100,000 active users in Russia, with the total number of connected devices approaching 500,000. The technology has also been deployed abroad. Since 2022, Livi-branded equipment has been supplied to the Turkish market.

Equipment produced by the research and manufacturing company Stels is also used in security systems for a significant share of Sber ATMs and kiosks.
