Bell Integrator Tests Offline Service for Bank Field Staff
Bell Integrator FabricaONE.AI professionals validated API interfaces and successfully completed acceptance testing of a digital tool for field employees at one of Russia’s leading banks.
Before the service was introduced, the bank could onboard customers only at a branch or with a stable internet connection, limiting its ability to work in remote locations and with foreign nationals. The new system allows employees to download reference data to a secure tablet and onboard customers offline anywhere. The data is stored locally and synchronized with the bank once the device reconnects to the network.
The Bell Integrator team tested data exchanges between the application and the bank’s back-end systems, validated its functionality under conditions approximating real-world use, and prepared documentation for the customer and regulators.
Ivanov said the tests confirmed that the system is ready for production use and can support the expansion of the mobile-office model into new regions.
