Glavgosexpertiza Processes More Than 6,000 AI Requests
Glavgosexpertiza of Russia is introducing neural network tools to help specialists search, analyze and process information.
The tools are currently used by 366 employees across 43 departments, with more than 6,000 requests processed since their launch. Most requests, 61%, involve a RAG system that enables conversational interaction with corporate data and documents. Another 39% are handled by local large language models, while around 1% involve audio transcription.
A separate language model-based service has been developed to analyze technical reports and identify signs of reconstruction. Specialists also use language models to create and process texts, analyze large volumes of unstructured information and develop applications without programming.
Alexander Perepelitsa, head of Glavgosexpertiza's Center for Data Engineering and Artificial Intelligence Technologies, discussed the implementation of the technology. The center began operations on June 1, 2026, and develops and implements data- and AI-based solutions. The organization aims to be among the first to test new technologies and subsequently extend the accumulated experience across the construction industry.
