Four Teams Advance to Bitva zavodov Tournament Final
The first stage of Bitva zavodov (Battle of the Factories), an esports tournament for industrial employees competing in Mir tankov (World of Tanks), has concluded.
The tournament was organized by the Igry Rostelecom (Rostelecom Games) online platform, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), Lesta studio and the Agency for Creative Industries. The qualifying matches featured 48 teams from major companies in Russia and Belarus competing seven-on-seven, with all members of each team required to work for the same company.
Rostselmash, Ural Works of Civil Aviation, Transneft – Druzhba and Novo-Vyatka advanced to the final. The championship match will take place at the Moscow Video Game and Animation Cluster on Sept. 13, Russia’s Tankers’ Day.
