Electronny Dom Expands Alert Features for Moscow Car Owners
Previously, users could send a message in only one situation – when a car was blocking a driveway or pedestrian access. Now, notification templates cover nearly all common scenarios in the courtyards of Moscow’s apartment buildings.
Users can now quickly flag a traffic incident – for example, if a vehicle has been hit and the driver left the scene – as well as report an open window, headlights left on (which can drain the battery), a triggered alarm disturbing residents, or even a vehicle being towed.
The process remains straightforward: users log in to the Electronny Dom website or app using Mos ID, navigate to the “Contact Vehicle Owner” section on the homepage, enter the license plate number, select a message topic, and hit send. The system immediately alerts the owner via a push notification and a message in their account dashboard. Both sender and recipient remain anonymous. Notifications are delivered only if the vehicle owner is registered in Electronny Dom and has linked their license plate to their profile.
To receive such alerts, car owners need to add their vehicle details in the “My Transport” section and enable notifications from neighbors.
