Elektror Resheniya Offers Up to 1 Million Rubles to Anyone Who Can Hack Its Systems
Elektror Resheniya, the official representative of the EKF brand in Russia, has launched a public cybersecurity challenge on the StandOff Bug Bounty platform.

Cybersecurity professionals will be able to test whether the company’s infrastructure can withstand an attack resembling a real-world intrusion.
Finding individual vulnerabilities is not enough. Researchers must trigger an event that would be unacceptable to the business — a critical scenario the company is seeking to prevent. This approach assesses the potential consequences of an attack rather than simply compiling a list of technical flaws.
The company’s information security team will respond to participants’ actions as it would to an actual intrusion by a malicious actor. This will test not only the infrastructure’s defenses but also how effectively the company detects, responds to and prevents attacks.
Any researcher registered on the platform can participate. Rewards will be offered both for triggering an unacceptable event and for achieving intermediate results, with a top prize of 1 million rubles (about $12,000). The challenge will run through January 4, 2027, or until the first successful execution of an unacceptable event, whichever comes first.
