Gazprom Neft Lubricants has introduced a digital service for monitoring and dispensing motor oil. The offering is aimed at businesses that need to keep vehicle fleets supplied with lubricants and technical fluids without interruption.
At the core of the system is an automated oil dispensing unit installed directly at a customer's facility. The platform provides a complete cycle of storage and unattended distribution of lubricants and technical fluids in industrial operating environments.
According to the developers, the service can reduce operating costs by lowering lubricant losses. Savings can reach up to 10 percent. The system is also designed for high-throughput operations: a 130-ton haul truck can be fully serviced in no more than 10 minutes. Customers additionally gain access to rapid diagnostics of heavy equipment components and assemblies through the mobile G-Profi Expert Center laboratory.
