A101 Group Deploys AI Assistant in Residential Complexes in Moscow and Leningrad Region
The assistant reduces routine workloads for property management operators and speeds up problem resolution.
A101 Group has deployed an AI assistant from Domilend, a platform that is part of Yandex PropTech, across its residential developments in Moscow and the Leningrad Region. The system makes it significantly easier for residents to interact with property management companies. Once a request is submitted by text, voice or photo, the assistant immediately starts working to resolve it.
The AI assistant can also answer frequently asked questions. To do so, it has been connected to a dedicated database. This takes routine work off operators’ hands, allowing them to focus more attention on genuinely complex problems.
The digital assistant also helps property management companies reduce errors when routing requests and cut the amount of manual work employees have to perform.
