According to the Moscow city portal, the Atlas of Service and Infrastructure Solutions created by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives has added three platforms developed by the Center for Artificial Intelligence in Urban Planning.
These tools — “Apartment Layout AI,” “Digital Regulatory Compliance,” and “Construction Progress Monitoring” — optimize critical stages of large-scale projects. The first automates the creation of optimal layouts for multi-unit residential buildings, increasing spatial-use efficiency by 45%.
“Digital Regulatory Compliance” helps cut project-documentation review time by half, and “Construction Progress Monitoring” can track up to 90% of all stages of the building process.
