According to the experience of JSC 'Grid Company,' AI tools now enable the firm to forecast energy losses with 98% accuracy—a development that helped reduce such losses by 19.3% over the past decade.

AI is also used to combat unauthorized power use, detecting meter tampering with 92% accuracy. Digital technologies have contributed to greater power grid reliability, with emergency shutdowns down by 80.3% in the past ten years.

One of the company’s latest tools is an AI-powered system that analyzes dispatcher communications. It recognizes speech and processes customer requests in seconds, easing the burden on staff. The system also keeps statistics and can predict the likelihood of future outages based on accumulated data. This speech-analyzing robot provides real-time instructions to dispatchers, enabling faster responses to emergencies.
