BI.ZONE and iiii Tech Partner to Expand End-to-End Cybersecurity for Enterprise Customers

The integrator will implement BI.ZONE solutions in projects aimed at protecting client IT infrastructure. The focus is on BI.ZONE PAM for privileged access management, BI.ZONE EDR for endpoint protection, and BI.ZONE Secure SD-WAN for securing corporate network transformation.

The partnership is designed to expand the vendor’s presence in the enterprise segment by leveraging the integrator’s hands-on expertise.

This is not a technological breakthrough but a market-driven move to strengthen deployment channels through an integrator serving mid-size and large enterprises. It reflects a maturing market: customers are no longer looking for standalone tools but for comprehensive packages that include deployment, architecture, and ongoing support.

More broadly, the announcement reflects the current growth model of the cybersecurity market, where vendors scale through partner ecosystems. According to TAdviser estimates, the market exceeded 400 billion rubles in 2025 (about $5.3 billion), with integrators growing faster than vendors. This makes such partnerships a structural trend. For end users, the impact is indirect – reducing the risks of data breaches and operational disruptions – while for the industry it means a stronger domestic ecosystem and lower reliance on foreign solutions.

Partner-Led Deployments and Service Delivery

The partnership has clear practical potential within Russia. Demand for integrated cybersecurity is rising: attacks are becoming more sophisticated, and companies are shifting from one-off purchases to building cohesive security architectures. In this context, the “vendor + integrator” model is a natural fit. BI.ZONE provides the product portfolio, while iiii Tech brings project expertise, implementation, and ongoing support. This opens the door to long-term infrastructure projects rather than limiting engagement to license sales.

The solution stack highlighted in the agreement addresses three critical layers of enterprise security. PAM manages privileged accounts, EDR supports threat detection and investigation at the endpoint level, and Secure SD-WAN protects distributed branch networks – covering access, endpoints, and network security in a unified framework.

While primarily a domestic case, the model is scalable, with BI.ZONE already working with hundreds of clients, including international projects, while iiii Tech aligns with both Russian and global standards. This combination could support expansion into friendly jurisdictions through project delivery and managed services. In the coming years, similar alliances are likely to multiply. The cybersecurity market is already moving toward an ecosystem model, where value is defined not by standalone tools but by interoperability, certification, partner-led deployment, and service delivery capabilities.

Product Maturity Phase

In February 2023, BI.ZONE entered into a partnership with DialogNauka, enabling the integrator to incorporate its solutions and services into comprehensive cybersecurity projects for enterprise customers. This marked an expansion of the partner ecosystem. Against this backdrop, the agreement with iiii Tech appears as a continuation of the same strategy. The release of a boxed version of BI.ZONE EDR in May 2024 – making EDR capabilities from the BI.ZONE TDR service available in an on-premises format – represented an important step in product maturity, simplifying both direct deployments and integration through partner channels.

In July 2025, BI.ZONE further strengthened the service layer around its products by expanding training programs and expertise in deployment support. This confirms the company’s shift toward a platform model: customers increasingly require not just technology, but methodology, processes, training, and operational support. In this context, the “BI.ZONE platform + integrators” model is becoming a stable, repeatable approach.

Consolidation Around Strong Vendors

The agreement between BI.ZONE and iiii Tech is a representative industry case reflecting the state of the Russian cybersecurity market in spring 2026. The sector has fully transitioned from fragmented product supply to integrated deployment models, where products, integration, support, and architectural expertise are delivered as a single solution.

Russian cybersecurity is increasingly taking on the shape of an ecosystem. Vendors are strengthening deployment channels, integrators are solidifying their role as orchestrators of complex projects, and customers are no longer buying “antivirus” or “network appliances” but business resilience in the face of escalating threats.

The number of such alliances is expected to grow in 2026, particularly around PAM, EDR/XDR, ZTNA, SD-WAN, GRC, and cybersecurity services. This points to further consolidation of the market around strong domestic vendors and implementation partners. Together, these trends point to a more mature Russian cybersecurity market.
